New law affects teens. For those of us who already have our Minnesota Driver’s license, the new law which took effect over a week ago doesn't apply to us…thank goodness.
A new three-tier licensing system not only requires a good driving record in order to insure full license privileges before age 18, but also requires drivers under 18 to spend 30 hours of driving with a licensed driver 21 years or older.
